Arbitration:
You agree that any disputes regarding transactions or information on this Site will be submitted to MRI, Inc’s legal department (see Contact MRI, Inc. below) within 20 days of the event occurrence. You agree that any dispute arising with MRI, Inc. will be submitted to arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and you hereby expressly waive trial by jury. The arbitration shall be conducted in Weber County, UT, USA in the English language by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules. You will bear 50 percent of the cost of any arbitration and you alone shall be response for your attorney's fees. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Any provision of applicable law notwithstanding, the arbitrators shall not have authority to award punitive or exemplary damages.
